Year End Support Arrangements

Revenues and Benefits Year End

If you are planning to run your Year End processes during normal hours, (i.e. 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday as per your support agreement), I can advise you that additional consultants will be available to assist you. Could every customer please fill in the attached Year End schedule in order for us to resource the support centre to meet customer requirements during the Year End period. Weekend Remote Support Year End

In addition, to the above, we are proposing to provide an optional remote weekend support service for the dates shown below at a cost of £2000 per weekend. This will cover 9am –5pm telephone support on Saturday and Sunday. This cost is subject to sufficient demand.

17th/18th February £2000

3rd/4th March £2000

If you require support over any of these weekends please complete the Support Request form in the attached enclosure, together with your purchase order. A purchase order must be enclosed to guarantee support. Please email these to ps_helpdesk@northgate-is.com.

Annual Billing Returns

The final Annual Billing reconciliation report (RRV411 for Ctax and RRV413 for Ndr), which is run after annual billing extracts have been completed, should be emailed to cs_revenues@northgate-is.com. Although, there is no requirement to email any other reports, authorities must ensure that at each stage all relevant reconciliation reports balance. If there is a problem this must be reported and resolved before progressing, otherwise Northgate cannot guarantee that this can be subsequently rectified.

Rollover Support

Rollover support will be provided on the 31st March/1st April from 9.00am – 5.00pm at a cost of £2000, per customer, subject to sufficient demand.

In addition this year we will be offering a weekend rollover sign off service, this will only include the sign off of a fully balancing of the Multi Year Rollover Return (MY1) or the Single Year Rollover Return(SY1) at the weekend. It will not include answering any support calls regarding Rollover, for this you need to buy the full Rollover support. The cost of the sign off service will be £200.00 each authority subject to sufficient demand. Please complete the form below together with a purchase order if you require this service.
