Northgate’s commitment to provide new, innovative services to our customers has led
to the setup of a Back Office Processing centre, fulfilling revenues & benefits claims
processing for a number of Northgate customers.

Local authorities continue to face increasing
pressures from staff turnover, system and regulation changes, training
and requirements to improve Key Performance Indicators. All these
can lead to substantial processing backlogs and increased costs through
continual recruitment and training.
Based near Hartlepool, Northgate’s Revenues &
Benefits Processing Centre was launched to specifically address these
issues and since 2005, we have been fulfilling high volume, high quality
contracts.
The Processing Centre acts as a remote user by
connecting to an authority’s Revenues & Benefits and Document Management
Systems using secure networking technology.

only trained in Northgate’s application but also in Pericles, IBS,
Academy and most Document Management Systems.
