The Revenues and Benefits consultancy teams consist of 15 members of staff who have extensive knowledge and experience in both the Revenues and Benefits arenas. This encompasses both practical business knowledge and expertise in the Northgate product range.

The team offer consultancy and training services, to both new and existing customers in a wide range of areas from practical business support to more detailed technical support.

Just some of the services we can provide are outlined below: -

Training

Revenue and Benefits Application Training, Version 5 and Version 6, as well as eBenefits Assert. This can range from 1 day specific training on one area of the application to a full week or more in all aspects of the product. We can also include practical advice of working in a Revenues/Benefit department to include best practice.
